  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of legislation, awards, policies and procedures relevant to employment in NSW.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and conceptual skills, the ability to analyse and interpret information and proactively identify issues and formulate strategies to address them.
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with payroll enquiries and processing adjustments.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills with the capacity to successfully relate to all levels of management and staff.
  • Proven superior administrative and organisational skills demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines and manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature efficiently and effectively.
  • Proven experience with a Human Resources and Payroll system (StaffLink).
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft packages such as spreadsheet, database and word processing applications.
