Network Disaster Management and Forensic Hospital Security Advisor (HM2)-PFT

1. Health care professional with relevant tertiary qualifications (clinical or management) and/or equivalent working experience in the emergency/disaster field.
2. Current NSW Class 1A Security Licence and work experience.
3. Working knowledge of relevant legislations and security industry standards, including knowledge and experience in implementing NSW Health security policy directives and guidelines.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of health emergency management concepts and principles, combined with practical experience in the field with ability to make management decisions to improve service delivery.
5. Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in developing and implementing security and health emergency/ disaster management training and education programs with experience in giving lectures and presentations, and must hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or working towards same.
6. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in the development, application and maintenance of databases, including data analysis and management of data quality.
7. Established high level interpersonal, consultation, negotiation and relationship management skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
8. Current NSW Driver Licence and ability to travel to facilities within the Network.
