• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent and significant leadership experience in area of Organisational Development

• Evidence of a strong commitment to expressing, modelling and reinforcing the JH&FMHN values of care, respect , honesty, clear communication and Professionalism

• A demonstrated commitment to a values-based and facilitative style of leadership that encourages trust, individual initiative and shared teamwork

• Demonstrated ability to oversee and facilitate talent and leadership development frameworks and programs across a complex organisation

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in providing coaching and mentoring to staff throughout all levels of the organisation. This includes experience with engaging key teams and facilitating them to integrate projects, and effectively undertake system and behavioural change.

• Strong demonstrated track record in influencing, collaborating, negotiating, advocating and communicating effectively with a broad range in internal and external stakeholders

• Demonstrated understanding of transformational change solutions, and project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

• Demonstrated ability and experience in managing staff and ensuring high performance of teams, as well as lead, persuade, motivate and negotiate at senior levels
