- Experience in supervising a large service department or demonstrable experience as a team leader in managing staff.
- Previous experience in managing support services in the Hospital setting or similar experience in managing a large scale Hospitality services.
- Proven & demonstrable understanding of Food Safety, NSW Environmental Cleaning & WHS standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sound written communication skills.
- Flexible to work in different roles within Domestic Services Department.
- Flexible to work 7 days rotating roster.
