- Tertiary qualifications in human resources/recruitment or relevant work experience or a combination of both.
- Demonstrated success in recruitment management.
- Capability to anlayse and report on key performance indicators in a recruitment cycle.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of legislation, awards, policies and procedures relevant to employment in NSW
- Proven excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels of staff.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret issues and to develop appropriate action plans.
