Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network is a state-wide Specialty Health Network delivering health care to adults and young people in contact with the forensic mental health and criminal justice systems across community, inpatient and custodial settings.


An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic applicant to join our Workforce Operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing a 360 degree recruitment process for the Forensic Hospital.

  1. Tertiary qualifications in human resources/recruitment or relevant work experience or a combination of both.
  2. Demonstrated success in recruitment management.
  3. Capability to anlayse and report on key performance indicators in a recruitment cycle.
  4. Demonstrated working knowledge of legislation, awards, policies and procedures relevant to employment in NSW
  5. Proven excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels of staff.
  6. Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret issues and to develop appropriate action plans.
  7. Demonstrated experience in the use of the systems ROB and StaffLink at a workforce level.
