  1. Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse currently registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.

  2. Demonstrated effective interpersonal communication and computer skills.

  3. Possess a strong interest and ability to empathise with marginalised populations and a capacity to manage and relate to patients in a non-judgemental and compassionate manner.

  4. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary health care team.

  5. Demonstrates a commitment to self directed learning and development and a knowledge of Practice Development and Quality Improvement principles.

  6. Demonstrated understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity and Work Health Safety legislation.

  7. Experience in conducting health assessments.

  8. Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the values of Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network.
