- Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and current full registration with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Extensive post-graduate experience as a clinical psychologist with demonstrated experience in evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment for people with substance use disorders.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering brief interventions and harm reduction programs, cognitive behavioural therapy, including an understanding of recovery and psychosocial rehabilitation, and dialectical behavioural therapy is desirable.
- Demonstrated high level communication (written, electronic and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and develop and maintain effective partnerships with and provide specialist consultation to a range of key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, planning, implementing and evaluating clinical service delivery and quality improvement activities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work.
- Hold current NSW Drivers Licence and will to travel for work purposes.
