  1. Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and current full registration with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  2. Extensive post-graduate experience as a clinical psychologist with demonstrated experience in evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment for people with substance use disorders.
  3. Demonstrated experience in delivering brief interventions and harm reduction programs, cognitive behavioural therapy, including an understanding of recovery and psychosocial rehabilitation, and dialectical behavioural therapy is desirable.
  4. Demonstrated high level communication (written, electronic and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and develop and maintain effective partnerships with and provide specialist consultation to a range of key stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated experience in leadership, planning, implementing and evaluating clinical service delivery and quality improvement activities.
  7. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work.
  8. Hold current NSW Drivers Licence and will to travel for work purposes.
