  1. Extensive experience in the NSW Health service and/or understanding of health care within a correctional environment and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems.
  2. Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and deliver training to users who work in varying roles and have different levels of computer literacy.
  3. Highly developed oral and written communication skills with proficient skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and eLearning software (Captivate, Articulate etc).
  4. Demonstrated extensive planning, time management and organisational skills ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of training.
  5. Demonstrated knowledge of NSW privacy legislation and its application within health information systems.
  6. Current Certificate IV Assessment and Training or willingness to attain certification.
  7. Demonstrated experience in conducting training needs analysis, assessment, developing and evaluating education/training programs including the delivery of eLearning coursework.
  8. Current NSW Driver’s License and willingness to travel to rural/metro areas as required.
