- Extensive experience in the NSW Health service and/or understanding of health care within a correctional environment and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and deliver training to users who work in varying roles and have different levels of computer literacy.
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills with proficient skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and eLearning software (Captivate, Articulate etc).
- Demonstrated extensive planning, time management and organisational skills ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NSW privacy legislation and its application within health information systems.
- Current Certificate IV Assessment and Training or willingness to attain certification.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting training needs analysis, assessment, developing and evaluating education/training programs including the delivery of eLearning coursework.
- Current NSW Driver’s License and willingness to travel to rural/metro areas as required.
