Clinical Applications Systems Administration Support Officer, Malabar - PFT

1. Experience or ability to gain experience, in the configuration and administration of at least three of the following clinical applications: Cerner PAS, Cerner eMR, iPatient Manager (iPM) PAS, Orion Health Hospital, Orion Clinical Data Repository, Orion Clinical Workflow Suite or CHIME. Qualification in a Health, Information or Business field, equivalent work experience, or, a combination of study and work experience. Experience in the NSW Health Service or a knowledge of NSW Health strategy relating to health information an advantage.
2. Demonstrated experience in maintaining IT applications in areas such as account management, support, application configuration, eform development, technical documentation and data integrity.
3. Proven ability to make decisions through the exercise of sound consultation, collaboration and negotiation with demonstrated experience in establishment and maintenance of standards in a corporate ICT environment including knowledge of ITIL and ISO IEC 27001 standards.
4. Highly developed oral and written communication skills with proficient skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Visio.
5. Extensive experience in delivering support to users of health information systems including the ability to embed use of health IT systems into clinical operational business processes.
6. Demonstrated capacity to manage several jobs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a high pressure environment including excellent problem solving ability and a commitment to customer service.
7. Current NSW Driver’s License and willingness
