- Qualification in Health Informatics, Health Information Management or relevant field, otherwise equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience within a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated experience in conducting business process re-design, benefits realisation and change management documents
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication, interpersonal and consultation skills.
- Proven ability to successfully manage competing issues and meet deadlines within a complex environment
- Demonstrated high level problem solving, attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills
- Proven capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated high level of PC experience with proven skills in using Information Systems and Microsoft programs
- Knowledge of NSW privacy legislation and any other relevant Commonwealth policies, legislations pertaining to health information
