The Role

This Administration Officer, Primary Care provides high level administrative support to the Primary Care team to assist in the provision of services across the state of NSW. The position also provides customer focused Call Centre Services for patients in NSW Correctional Centres, by means of completing triage questionnaires, placing patients onto relevant waitlists, making appointments and responding to patient service enquiries. 

We are looking for a professional with advanced administration skills and:

  • Proficiency in the use of patient management and data systems, payroll, procurement and/or the MS Office suite.
  • High level verbal and written and communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise a demanding workload in a high-volume environment.

 

Our Location

The Justice Health Olympic Park office, or ‘JHOP’ is located at 10 Herb Elliot Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park. Designed for inter-departmental communication and collaborative working, the office provides large open spaces and an abundance of natural light. An array of restaurants and café options are a short walk away.

Easy access is provided via public transport including buses, trains, and ferries, as well as road access via the M4 and Parramatta Road via Homebush Bay Drive. 35 km of bicycle paths surround the site, and bicycle storage and shower amenities are available in the office as well.
