The Role
We’re currently looking for a Manager Workplace Projects, Services and Reporting to lead workforce planning, analytics, and governance initiatives to support Justice Health NSW's strategic objectives.
The position manages the design and delivery of methods to assess the effectiveness of Human Resource management programs, ensuring integration across other workforce management practices. It is also responsible for the development and implementation of workforce plans, workforce insights and reporting and recognition, incentives and benefits.
From time to time the position is required to support Human Resources case management and provide advice, coaching, education and mediation support to Managers including but not limited to routine Human Resource matters. Additionally, the position supports Human Resources administration and compliance.
