Selection Criteria:

  • Experience with general administration duties.
  • Experience in a medical outpatient setting and practical medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating commitment to quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and problem solve.
  • Ability to work efficiently either independently or as part of a team.
  • High level computer skills with experience using eMR, MS Office, particularly MS Excel and word processing.
  • Ability to manage the process of Medicare billing using eClaim.
