Selection Criteria:
- Sterilisation Technology Certificate III is required for Sterilisation Technician Grade 2. Sterilisation Technician Grade 1 candidates must be willing to obtain the Sterilisation Technology Certificate III within 2 years of employment.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Infection Control principals.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance and attention to detail.
- Ability high levels of communication and demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take direction to meet strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.
