Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology Liaison

SELECTION CRITERIA:

1. Current registration with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse 2nd Year or above.
2. Recent clinical experience in interventional radiology or related acute health care setting, with demonstrated ability to ensure patient safety by assessing and evaluating appropriateness of IR requests and accuracy of patient preparations.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Control and Work Health & Safety principles, and application of these to medical imaging settings and interventional procedures.
4. Demonstrated ability to deliver person-centred care in the relevant health care setting.
5. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and work in an interdisciplinary team.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a time efficient manner.
7. Demonstrated ability to use evidence to inform clinical practice.
