Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and with flexibility in a high demand area.
  2. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office, data entry and experience with using a patient administration system and/or clinical information System or similar.
  3. Demonstrated ability to coordinate the work flow of clinicians, including waiting list management.
  4. Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain an efficient communication framework with clients, clinicians and other team members.
  5. Demonstrated superior oral and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  6. Proven ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Current NSW Drivers licence Class C and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes. This may involve driving relatively long distances within the Local Health District.
