The Occupational Therapist position sit within a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment and treatment to children who are non-NDIS participants. Children seen have a variety of goals including self care, sensory processing, rehabilitation following illness or injury or achievement of developmental milestones. The successful Occupational Therapist will work closely with Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Child and Family Health Nurses and Audiologist to support families in achieving goals. These positions represent a rare opportunity to obtain permanent and flexible work within NSW Health. The Occupational Therapy team is focused on providing evidenced based care and you will be given opportunities to participate in skill and knowledge development as well as quality initiatives.
