Selection Criteria:
- Current registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
- Current Class C NSW driver's licence.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation.
- Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills in an environment of competing clinical/administrative demands.
- Demonstrated ability to provide occupational therapy specific mental health functional assessments and goal oriented interventions.
- Demonstrated commitment to the incorporation of Mental Health Recovery principles into day to day clinical practice.
- Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes with other staff.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of junior staff and students.
