Nurse Educator Grade 2 - Intensive Care Unit - Wollongong Hospital - Permanent Part-Time

Selection Criteria

1. Current relevant registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and current Driver's License.
2. Holds a post registration clinical or education qualification relevant to the position and extensive recent experience in the identified clinical setting.
3. Demonstrated ability to identify learning needs and plan, develop, deliver and evaluate education.
4. Demonstrated extensive experience in clinical teaching in the health care environment utilising a variety methods that are underpinned by adult learning principles.
5. Demonstrated experience as a clinical facilitator.
6. Demonstrated highly effective leadership skills i.e. leading practice change, leading quality and safety initiatives.
7. Demonstrated ongoing commitment to own professional development and facilitating the professional development of others i.e. peer review, coaching and mentoring.
