Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated skills working with maintenance request data base systems or similar, including the training of staff in its use.
  2. Demonstrated high level customer service skills and the ability to successfully communicate and liaise with a wide cross section of staff and appropriate external organisations.
  3. Proven ability working within a team environment and independently.
  4. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office programs.
  5. Demonstrated experience with NSW Health purchasing guidelines or online ordering non stock systems and payment of invoices.
  6. Demonstrated presentation skills including written and verbal communication.
  7. Capacity to work under broad supervision while undertaking a diverse range of tasks and exercise initiative in the application of established practices and procedures.
  8. Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence.
