Healthcare Redesign Lead – Choosing Wisely

Selection Criteria 

1. Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline, together with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (for Nurses and Health Professionals), and/or relevant experience (for Health Managers).
2. Demonstrated ability to influence change, lead and motivate staff and stakeholders. Including an ability to form effective working relationships with the organisation’s executive, clinicians, and external partners.
3. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, make and enact decisions for the benefit of relevant projects/programs, and to be self-motivated to ensure the timely delivery of the project’s/program’s outcomes.
4. Highly developed reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills along with a demonstrated ability to pro-actively manage risks, use initiative, and facilitate positive outcomes.
5. Experience in collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data, including critically reviewing published material, to inform decision making and the design and evaluation of patient-centred models of care.
