What you'll be doing
This position provides Executive Administration support to the Operations Managers and other members of the Northern Illawarra Hospital Group Executive Services, located at Wollongong Hospital.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (2 doses) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

 

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available.

Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated experience in providing high level executive support to senior managers.
  2. Demonstrated experience in drafting and preparing complex documents, correspondence and reports; effective communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written with external stakeholders.
  3. Efficient time management skills, demonstrating the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  4. High-level information technology and systems, word processing and spreadsheet packages including Word and Excel.
  5. Demonstrated experience in the operation of TRIM records management software and records management procedures and practices.
  6. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
