Selection Criteria:
- Experience with working in Early Childhood Services, eg preschool, long day care centre.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Framework, including Early Years Learning Framework.
- Diploma in Community Services (Children's Services) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge with MicroSoft Word experience.
- Current First Aide Certificate approved by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority.
