Selection Criteria:
- Relevant registration and tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work or other relevant behavioural science.
- Experience and knowledge of the drug and alcohol field.
- Knowledge of harm minimisation strategies.
- Experience in assessment and counselling, particularly crisis counselling.
- Demonstrated knowledge of case management and active referral.
- Demonstrated ability in call management and intake processes.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
