Selection Criteria:

  1. Experience with general administration duties.
  2. Experience in a medical outpatient setting and practical medical terminology.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating commitment to quality customer service.
  4. Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and problem solve.
  5. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  6. High level computer skills with experience using iPM, eMR, MS Office, particularly MS Excel and word processing.
  7. Ability to manage the process of Medicare billing using PBRC.
  8. Experience working clinically with patients.
