The position will provide research, administrative and operational support to ISLHD Division of Medicine, who leads, facilitates and evaluates the outcomes of high quality clinical research in emergency and critical care across ISLHD and beyond. This support includes office management, coordinating grant applications and submissions, project management, preparing compliance reporting, data management, assistance with the analysis of this data and the evaluation of the research project. They will be expected to provide assistance to other ISLHD clinicians undertaking research projects at the Director's request. This position will be required to use clinical and research knowledge in the development, execution and evaluation of clinical research projects. They must also ensure all research projects are managed comply with the ISLHD Research guidelines. This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and partners to contribute to high quality education and research relationships, activities and events; and maintain key professional relationships with all partner organisations and government agencies.
