The opportunity

As the Senior Officer, Communications you will develop and deliver communication strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive workforce engagement, support operational change and enhance reputation.

Working collaboratively with internal business units, you will develop engaging, strategically aligned activities and content for various initiatives and target audiences. You will work part of a team to manage internal and external communication channels, analysing data against communication objectives and metrics to inform campaign planning and enhance effectiveness. You will contribute to the development of communication policies, procedures and guidance materials to champion best practice and support a coordinated communication approach across Health Infrastructure.

You are a collaborative and flexible team player with a customer-centric mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a flair for writing engaging copy and delivering creative communication approaches and solutions.

This is a fixed term fulltime maternity leave backfill for a period of 13 months based at our St Leonards office. Working from home is available for part of the week.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
