Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in management, business or accounting or extensive equivalent work experience.
- Well-developed high level project management skills, including proven skills in development, monitoring and achieving projected outcomes.
- Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, delegate, consult and negotiate effectively with executives, senior managers, clinicians and internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high level analytical skills using financial, statistical, human resources and management data systems to pro-actively improve business performance.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in using computer systems as well as high level skills in PC based applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.
- Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
