About the Role
This role joins our Product Management team with a focus on Data Analytics and sits alongside our Clinical Reporting team.

Having implemented the Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) and the Observational Medical Outcome Partnership (OMOP), this role will lead the creation of our Data Analytics team to operationalise these tools and move to a Business As Usual model. Supported by two Product Analysts, this role will actualise a framework for reviewing and prioritising reporting demands, the process to empower District Data Managers through the use of PowerBI to develop their own reports, and to create and support a framework for how the District manages Research requests for data and reporting.

As the archiving solution for the SDPR program is the EDL, this role will manage the transition through the program from the Oracle Health eMR to the Epic eMR as part of Tranche D.
