Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Holds or working towards relevant Management and/or Mental Health post-graduate tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate to the position.
- Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to motivate, inspire and organise staff to achieve organisational, service, and professional standards, including the ability to manage conflict and performance issues.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, allocate and evaluate organisational and nursing resources, including finance and human resources.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and guide others through change process.
- Demonstrated experience in managing key priorities and delivering successful strategies to deliver service outcomes and KPIs within tightly defined resources.
- Evidence of commitment to consumer-focused care, clinical governance, and quality improvements.
- Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to use for work related travel.
