Essential Requirements
Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
- Extensive experience in and/or qualification in mental health nursing.
- Demonstrated experience in the leadership and management of people within the healthcare context.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills to a high level including the ability to work with individuals, provide presentations and facilitate groups.
- The capacity to work within a multi-disciplinary framework and to meet tight deadlines and prioritise work.
- Effective human resource management skills and the ability to manage daily staffing requirements of the units in Inpatient Mental Health Service.
- Current NSW drivers license.
