Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Post graduate qualifications in relevant field or other such qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the organisation
Registration: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
Selection Criteria:

5 years full time equivalent post registration experience in relevant field.

Competency in all applications of apheresis clinical practice, theory and accreditation standards

Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and implement changes
-
Develop direction in clinical practice by the utilisation of evidence based practice
-
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and an ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team with a broad range of health professionals/services

Proven ability to think critically and display leadership and teaching skills

Demonstrated excellent communication skills written and verbal
