Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) are seeking diligent and committed Enrolled Nurse to join our team within the Wyong Hospital Emergency Department. Come and be a part of our commitment to providing excellent patient centred care.

The Enrolled Nurse is an integral part of the nursing team, working under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to support and care for patients.  

 About You

  • Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved qualification for administration of medication. 
  • You have recent experience in acute care nursing and commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice
  • You have effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and sound written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • You have an understanding of team nursing and ability to effectively prioritise and organise your own workload

You will be working in the Emergency Department at Wyong Hospital, a facility known for its commitment to excellence in emergency care and patient safety. The department is equipped with advanced medical technology and staffed by a passionate team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing prompt and effective care. Our Emergency Department consists of 3 Resus beds, 18 Acute Care beds, 12 Fast Track chairs, 5 Paediatric beds and 8 SSU beds.
