About You


You are an experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurse with a passion for Haematology/Oncology nursing and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment and work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.


You bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration with medication endorsement, including intravenous (IV) administration
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills relevant to Haematology/Oncology nursing
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and digital – to ensure clear and effective collaboration
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive healthcare environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
  • Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice


About the Role


You will play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to patients undergoing haematology and oncology treatments. You will work closely with Registered Nurses, Allied Health professionals, and medical teams to support patients through their treatment journey.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications (including IV) safely and effectively within your scope of practice
  • Providing patient-centred care, including symptom management and emotional support
  • Assisting with treatment administration, monitoring patient responses, and escalating concerns as needed
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation using hospital information systems
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and promoting best-practice standards
