Significant and relevant administrative experience in health, or a research, or academic environment.
-
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communications including drafting of reports and ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of people internally and externally.

Demonstrated high level of organisational and administrative skills including ability to prioritise workload and monitor progress of workflow.
-
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and the ability to self-direct to meet the goals of NCIRS, the relevant Program Areas and specific projects.
-
Advanced IT user, including outlook, excel, word, power point, Oracle or other financial systems, and rostering systems.

Experience of organising events and travel arrangements.
-
Experience of financial management including processing invoices and payments.

Experience in data management including data entry and monitoring information to ensure outputs are of a high quality.
