About the role
You will be responsible for

  • Providing efficient and effective administrative support in a front-line hospital role.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Working across multiple hospital areas, including Admissions, Day Surgery, Theatres, and Emergency Department.

About You
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team player with:

  • Availability to work in a casual capacity, including some weekends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • The ability to think on your feet and work efficiently within set timeframes.

Training and Support
You will be supported by the Patient services Manager, Team Leader, and other members of the Administration Staff. 
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided across Admissions, Day Surgery, Theatres, and the Emergency Department to ensure you are well-equipped for success.
