About the role
With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we’re enhancing health and wellness while developing your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver effective end-to-end recruitment solutions that align with organisational priorities and workforce strategies.
Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $110,266 to $122,058 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you'll be doing
- As a trusted partner to our hiring managers, you’ll build strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders across the business to understand their hiring needs and drive end to end recruitment.
- Provide expert recruitment advice in line with legislative requirements and recruitment and selection policy.
- Lead and contribute to projects focused on enhancing recruitment practices, improving candidate and hiring manager experience, and embedding diversity and inclusion in hiring outcomes.
- Use data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams including HR Business Partners, payroll, and diversity and inclusion teams to deliver tailored talent solutions.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Experience in recruitment, preferably within a complex or public sector environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of service to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
