Selection Criteria

  1. Experience in providing high level support and co-ordination in a large organisation.
  2. Developed organisational skills and experience working in a demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and demonstrated proficiency in minute taking of executive meetings including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and action lists, with the ability to multitask and offer a full range of highly developed secretarial/organisational skills.
  4. Demonstrated high competence in the use of computer applications including, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, including experience in maintaining appointment diaries using Microsoft Outlook.
  5. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise competing demands and high volumes of work in a professional manner and minimum supervision.
  6. Understanding of and commitment to confidentiality.
  7. Demonstrated experience dealing with a wide range of individuals.

COVID 19 Vaccination requirement  
All NSW Health workers are required to have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by 30 September 2021 and two doses by 30 November 2021 or have an approved medical contraindication certificate.
