Policy Analyst - Priority Populations

1. Relevant tertiary and/or post-graduate qualifications in public policy, public health, and health promotion and/or relevant experience.
2. Proven experience in health promotion and project management from design to evaluation.
3. Demonstrated highly developed and effective organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously, and in a team environment to meet outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Extensive knowledge of current state and national oral health and health promotion priorities.
5. Demonstrated ability to maintain and apply contemporary knowledge of oral health issues for priority populations.
6. Demonstrated excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop collaborative partnerships with multidisciplinary groups and key stakeholders.
7. Well-developed written communication and computer skills to prepare, review, and edit strategic plans, policies, Ministerial correspondence and briefings, reports, papers and proposals.
