Selection Criteria

  1. Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in project management in the Health sector, including experience interpreting health data.
  2. Proven track record of planning, designing and implementing complex evaluation projects and delivering positive outcomes under tight timelines and competing political and business priorities.
  3. Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management including leading and driving initiatives, project planning, managing resources and negotiating implementation outcomes.
  4. Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including the ability to maintain effective relationships and a consultative approach to the design and delivery of monitoring and evaluation initiatives.
  5. Strategic thinking capability, able to understand complex challenges and programs and to apply problem solving and analytical skills to address and provide solutions to monitoring and evaluation challenges such as changing health policy, data availability and ethical requirements as and when they arise.
  6. You will have a good understanding of risk management and be able to apply this, particularly in the development and management of new monitoring initiatives.
  7. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be able to utilise them to create presentations, graphs, reports and diagrammatic representations of concepts for a variety of work products.
  8. Being flexible and adaptable to changes in the availability of resources and time, capacity and competing demands whilst maintaining an outcomes and solutions-focussed approach to monitoring and evaluation activities.
