Selection Criteria
  1. Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  2. Demonstrated understanding of NSW Health and Commonwealth funding models and the NSW health system.
  3. Innovative and lateral thinker with superior analytical skills, ability to problem solve using creative solutions and to prepare and present calculated results.
  4. Proven experience in developing innovative approaches and successful outcomes in data acquisition, validation, transformation and dissemination to multiple audiences.
  5. Proven ability to contribute to and promote strategic initiatives including an ability to lead and manage complex, high level organisational change and implement continuous improvement.
  6. Proven leadership skills and the capacity to provide guidance and professional development support to staff.
  7. High level written communication skills including preparing, vetting and editing correspondence such as briefings, reports, contracts and proposals.
  8. Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
