Identified Aboriginal Position - Policy and Project Officer - Aboriginal Oral Health

1. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in health service organisations or equivalent industry experience in public health, with a demonstrated understanding of public and/or Aboriginal health service issues, policies and processes.
2. Excellent organisation skills, especially in relation to the preparation of agendas, meeting papers, the organisation of large seminars and functions and the ability to prioritise activities and tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, being able to convey information to people clearly and able to adapt to new and different situations and provide high standard written documentation.
4. Understanding and knowledge of NSW public health system and/or Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services.
5. Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. A person of Australian Aboriginal descent.
7. Current NSW Drivers license.
