Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferably in public administration, health, behavioural or social science disciplines or similar related discipline or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience at a senior level in a large and complex organisation, and knowledge of government and interagency processes to drive and deliver reform in mental health services, policies and programs in line with the strategic directions of government.
- Extensive skills in policy development, implementation, review and evaluation and how this experience can address, influence and improve outcomes for the community in relation to mental health services.
- Demonstrated capacity to exercise sound judgment in an environment of change and competing priorities across all levels of government and jurisdictions.
