Selection Criteria

  1. Experience (> 2 years) collecting, interpreting, analysing health and/or financial data in order to identify potential issues, inconsistencies, and report results.
  2. Experience (> 2 years) using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL Server to test complex operational and reporting systems.
  3. Experience (>2 years) in stored procedure execution, using SQL functions and joins, Vlookups, pivot tables and Excel formulas to test complex operational and reporting systems.
  4. Highly developed communication and negotiation skills with the ability to document complex issues in a simple manner for clinical, data and IT stakeholders to understand.
  5. Advance knowledge and preferred experience working with health related data collections, including Ambulance, Emergency Department, Admitted Patient, Waiting List and Billing data in a health provider organisation.
  6. Experience with reviewing requirements, use cases and functional specifications to document test cases.
  7. Experience with functional testing including testing solutions across different devices and browsers.
  8. Relevant educational background including a Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Clinical degree or equivalent.
