Change Lead

Selection Criteria

1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
2. Demonstrated experience and proven skills in implementation of change management strategies for technology and non-technology projects and initiatives.
3. Curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills.
4. The desire to work within a team and offer assistance to colleagues when possible.
5. Proven ability to coordinate work and manage to project schedules while flexibly adapting to changing circumstances.
6. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple and complex stakeholders with competing priorities and changing expectations.
