Selection Criteria
- Experience managing and providing administrative services in a statewide service.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and make relevant decisions (within the scope of the role), whilst working with a high degree of autonomy with competing demands and the capacity to work with minimal direction.
- Experience in managing expenditure and formulation, analysis and management of budget information, payroll and sound numeracy skills.
- High level oral and written communication and capacity to deal confidently and courteously and establish sound working relationships with people at all levels.
- Proficient in the use of internet, MS Office application (word, spreadsheet, access and outlook) experience in the use of other electronic systems (Procurement, Finance, Human Resources) PC based task tracking systems.
- Strong personal organisational skills with the capacity to complete several tasks concurrently and to meet deadlines.
- Experience in organising workshops events and meetings, including preparation and distribution of papers and meeting minute taking.
- Qualifications such as Certificate 3 level in Business Administration Support (or similar) and/or substantial experience in administrative support positions with a demonstrated capacity to work effectively at the executive level and evidence of continued development.

Things to consider when submitting application:

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
