Take on this exciting opportunity as an administration officer within Surgical Services at John Hunter Hospital.
 
Do you have an eye for detail? Do you want to work as part of a team in a administration officer in a busy, clinical environment alongside health professionals? 
 
We are seeking a self-motivated, driven individual with an eye for detail to assist in our theatres. This role plays an important role in providing high quality surgical care to patients of the Hunter New England area. You would be working as part of multidisciplinary team consisting of administration staff, nurses, medical officers and allied health. 

The John Hunter Theatres is a tertiary level suite consisting of 15 theatres and a vascular/angio lab with approximately 22,000 operations per year. A 24 hour service which provides acute and elective care to patients across northern and inland NSW.
 
Newcastle is New South Wales' second largest city in a prime location. With a temperate climate mild winters and warm summers add to the liveability of the region which features a world class university and numerous public, private and preschool options.

An eligibility list will be created for future temporary part time vacancies.
