Join our team as an ICT Solutions Developer & Support Specialist. We’re seeking a customer-focused professional to drive the development, operational support, and reporting services for a variety of in-house and third-party applications.


About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity is available for someone recently qualified or seeking a start their IT career, keen to collaborate in an enthusiastic and friendly working atmosphere. You will report to the Manager of Solution Development and Support and be responsible for level 1 helpdesk support and minor development of digital health systems using web technologies and SQL. Additionally, you will build SQL reporting environments to present data in dynamic ways. You will be supported by senior team members, and there will be ongoing learning and development opportunities.


About you:
You will be a creative problem solver with good communication skills and love working in a team to meet shared goals, with the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Technology, or equivalent experience in developing and supporting bespoke applications
  • Proven expertise in web development languages and frameworks
  • A solid understanding of SQL database systems and database reporting tools 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, knowledge of development life cycles and methodologies
  • Effective communication skills to manage tasks under pressure and prioritise your workload 



Essential requirements of the role:

  • Must be eligible to drive in NSW and the ability to travel to other facilities as determined by the needs of the service.
  • Must be able to participate in an after-hours on-call roster.
  • Must be able to work periodic planned overtime
