About the role:
Virtual Kids is an innovative model of care that offers a unique opportunity for paediatric nurses passionate about working in a dynamic, evolving environment. Applicants will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality virtual care to children in the comfort of their homes.
Virtual Urgent Care is a groundbreaking collaboration between SCHN, HNE Kids Health, and HealthDirect, aimed at transforming healthcare delivery across NSW. The program helps assess children before they even enter a hospital, reducing unnecessary ED visits and ensuring children receive the right care at home. The role will be supported by the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Consultants, and Project Officer to ensure a comprehensive orientation to the Virtual Kids Team.
