About the opportunity:


Recruitment Officer - Sourcing:
As a Sourcing Recruitment Officer, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advertise roles across various platforms. Your focus will be on sourcing top candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing valuable feedback. Regular site visits will give you insights into team culture and operational needs, helping you refine strategies to attract the best talent.

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, aligning recruitment efforts with organisational goals. By building diverse candidate pools, maintaining recruitment databases, and tracking progress, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.



Recruitment Officer - Onboarding:
As an Onboarding Recruitment Officer, you’ll manage the onboarding process for our new employees, preparing offer letters and contracts while ensuring all paperwork is accurate and completed on time. With regular onsite visits working alongside our hiring managers, you’ll provide hands-on support to help new team members integrate seamlessly into their roles, fostering a positive start to their journey.

In this role, you’ll also ensure compliance with awards and NSW Health policies, making a meaningful impact on both the organisation and its people. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional onboarding experiences, this is your opportunity to shine.



About you:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • The ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, while ensuring clear and engaging communication at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • A demonstrated ability and flexibility to manage multiple recruitment campaigns, meet deadlines, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining accurate records, adhering to policies, and ensuring compliance with recruitment standards and procedures.

  • To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
